- Clean flat leaf basil or coriander & lemon slices to garnish
- 4 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
- 25g root ginger, peeled and roughly chopped
- 2tsp ground turmeric
- 2tsp ground cumin
- 6 tomatoes, roughly chopped
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Steamed basmati rice to serve
