How To Make Shami Kabab with Beef – SHAMI KABAB RECIPE

  • Beef boneless 1 cup
  • Whole coriander 1 tsp
  • Garlic cloves 8
  • Salt to taste
  • Whole red chilli 8 to 10
  • Bengal gram 1 cup
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Ginger 1 inch
  • Whole all spice few
  • Yogurt 1 tbsp
  • For Patty Spice:
  • Green coriander ½ bunch chopped
  • Mint ½ bunch chopped
  • Green chilies 3 chopped
  • Egg white 1
  • Ginger finely chopped 1 inch piece
  • Rice flour 1 tbsp
Cooking method:
In a huge skillet add boneless red meat, Bengal gram, full coriander, white cumin, ginger, a pinch of garlic cloves, salt, whole red chilies, whole all spice and also yogurt with 2 glasses of water.
