- Garlic cloves 8
- Salt to taste
- Whole red chilli 8 to 10
- Bengal gram 1 cup
- White cumin 1 tsp
- Ginger 1 inch
- Whole all spice few
- Yogurt 1 tbsp
- For Patty Spice:
- Green coriander ½ bunch chopped
- Mint ½ bunch chopped
- Green chilies 3 chopped
- Egg white 1
- Ginger finely chopped 1 inch piece
- Rice flour 1 tbsp
Cooking method:
In a huge skillet add boneless red
meat, Bengal gram, full coriander, white cumin, ginger, a pinch of garlic
cloves, salt, whole red chilies, whole all spice and also yogurt with 2 glasses
of water.
