Famous Indian patties through the filling of lamb, vegetables and flavors. A lamb samosa  is a fried pastry with a savory filling, such like spiced potatoes, peas, onions,lentils, ground beef ground lamb or ground chicken.
Samosas are the triangular doubled and sealed crepe akin to food with filling inside that are deep fried. The filling can be anything – cooked meat, veggie mix, cooked fish, mash or pastes, left overs, sweets, etc. Samosas and pakoras are light, festive occasion, farmer market, party food in India.

  • Canola oil : ¼ Cup
  • Ground Lamb : 1 Pound
  • Garlic : 6 Cloves, Peeled
  • Cayenne powder : 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander Powder : 1½ teaspoon
  • Salt : 1½ teaspoon
  • Cinnamon powder : 1½ teaspoon
  • Water : ½ Cup
  • Fresh Serrano pepper : 2
  • Lemon Juice : 1 Tablespoon
  • Onions Chopped : 1 Cup
  • Ginger : 1 Peeled
  • Cumin Powder : 1½ teaspoon
  • Cardamom powder : 1½ teaspoon
  • Fresh Cilantro chopp : ¼ cup
  • Green peas : ¾ cup
