Ingredients:
- 1 tsp Chilli Powder
- 8 Cloves Garlic
- Red Food Color
- 1 tbsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 Lemon (sliced)
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 inch Ginger
- 1 pint Natural Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Garam Masala
- 2Lbs Lamb Steaks
- Salt to taste
Making process of Lamb Tikka:

Create paste with the all interest powders, masala, food
dye, ginger, lemon juice and garlic.

Beat the paste well through the yogurt and salty to make a
tandoori soak.

Marinate the pork in the tandoori drench for 2 hours.

Preheat the stove for at least 20 minutes.

Remove glut marinade from the lamb and also put lamb parts
on skewers on a rope rack in the stove.
